Tony Bowler encourages all his 3,500 members of The Business Culture Hull network to have a ‘face to face’ to build closer bonds. He surprised 66 of them with a 10min intro to the #PADzone at the @DeepBusCentre.

The atmosphere initially was a mix of fear and apprehension from asking members to draw the person opposite, that turned to fun and laughter after the big portrait reveal.
